SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 72 hours of order completion with the exception of Sunday.
Once your order has left our facility and is in the possession of the courier, we are no longer held responsible for shipping delays, loss, or delivery-related issues. If an issue occurs, a claim must be filed directly through the shipping courier for review and resolution. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing Shipping Protection with your order. Shipping Protection covers packages that are lost or misplaced while in transit. Please note that the Shipping Protection does not cover orders that are marked as Delivered by the shipping courier. If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered, but the package appears to be lost or stolen, a claim will have to be filed and approved with the courier to receive reimbursement. We are not liable to process a refund or ship a replacement.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
