REFUND POLICY

Due to our products being handcrafted and specifically packaged for each individual order, we do not accept returns or refund on products that have been shipped.
If your product has not been shipped, you are eligible for a refund up to 5 days from the purchase date, as long as the item is still in our possession.
 
Once your item has been marked as “fulfilled” and a tracking number has been provided, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

Once your item has been received by you, you are not eligible for a return or refund.
 

RETURN POLICY

Our products are consumable items, and because of that, we do not allow for returns or refunds of any kind at this time, for the safety of our community and staff. 

E-books are digital downloads that are sent to your email immediately upon purchase. They do not require shipping and cannot be substituted for the physical hardcopies. All e-books are non-refundable.
