This book is valuable to have and read!! It’s an easy read and has a wealth of information for your health. Must have and Must read!! If you’re a meat, dairy, and processed food eater it will be tough and sad at first reading this. Finding out the truth about how these foods damage our system is depressing but Dr. Price warns you from the beginning and helps you in the process of reading the book that there is hope. Everything is in the book on how to change to a plant-base diet. You can also go to his website and order the Detox to get you started. I never leave a review and this is my first review I have ever written. This attests to how powerful this book is!

I've been following him on social media for years. He has truly inspired me to try a plant-based lifestyle. He's not the type to force what you should or shouldn't eat but when you're ready he's there to answer all questions. Vegucation over Medication is my go-to book to teach me how to eat healthily and fully understand the importance of living a plant-based lifestyle. The book states the exact myths I've always thought. #1 "I love meat so much, how can I live without the steak and chicken?" #2 I'll always be hungry without eating meat" and better yet, #3 Oh I'm healthy, I don't eat that much beef I'll be ok." or #4 What will I substitute for meat? I’ve been following Dr. Bobby Price travels, studies of natural healing and health for the last two years via social media and was overly excited to hear about the release his book sharing with the world all that he has learned from different countries and cultures how to make food our first choice for medication instead of pharmaceuticals.. I would, hands down, recommend this book for anyone looking for a great health-conscious read. Dr. Price explains in great detail the detriments of certain food items and I love how he gives recipes and personal stories.
