I started a more aggressive approach towards improving my health and staying healthy in March of 2023. At that time I was weighing 230 pounds. I started eating one meal daily and drinking more water. The only meat I ate was fish, since I had stopped eating all other clean meats over 20 plus years ago. I never ate the unclean meats mentioned in the Bible. I lost 16 pounds on my own. Then, in November of that same year I went on a program with a plant based doctor and I went down to 187 pounds. In summer of 2024, I went on a cruise and crawled back up to 197 pounds. My experience with the 30 day detox thus far has been enlightning, exhausting, purge worthy and spiritual. I realized that lately I give up on things fast seeking instant gratification. But I am determined to give this my 100% dedication.
After the first couple of days I noticed that the puffiness in my face was gone, my skin was glowing, my cheek- bones were back, my eyeballs are clear and some of the aches in my lower back has disipated a bit.
On this detox I am not eating animal products, boxed foods or sugar but drinking lots of glass bottled spring water along with my detox teas and eating mostly raw foods. I notice in my walk each day how much sugar laden boxed food and drinks are in our face via commercials with hip hop beats, dancing animals and the lie that its all "good for us". How ironic that the Standard American Diet is SAD. It kills us and keeps us extremly sick making Pharma rich even while the people that work for these companies are eating the SAD diet too. They too will be apart of this bad diet which leads to disease, incurable medications, hospitization and a horrible quality of life in the long run.
I work in the medical field and notice how the pharmaceutical representatives have no choice but to buy our lunches from places like Chipotle, Panera Bread, Chicl Fila and other fast food restaurants that throw in sweet juices, soda and a bunch of unhealthy deserts. Normaly I would be the first person with a plate piled high, plus I'd hide a plate to take home as well as put some food aside for lunch the next day. However after reading Dr Bobby's book Vegucation over Medication and similar books which details the fake foods with artifical ingredients, colors, chemicals and the like, I only pray that I too can help other people change their diets even slightly. I pray I am strong enough to complete this detox and change my eating habits for the rest of my life without feeling like an island amonst the sick and uninformed eaters in my community.

My skin is clearer I am glowing in the face without makeup. My tummy fattened without exercising and my mental clarity improved. I lost 10 pounds. I believe if I was able to work out during the cleanse, I could have lost more weight. I broke a toe 2 days before starting the Detox. This helped the healing process. My healing was completed 2 Weeks earlier than projected. The doctor was shocked. God honest truth.

A successful tip in my experience while detoxing, is choosing some meal items and snacks and preparing them on Sunday for each week. As I plan and prepare ahead, it has been key to making food cravings a non-issue. I initially started with 14 day detox and about a couple months ago and just as everyone states the taste initially is really bitter, but it truly does get better after a few days. I started eating as recommended and noticed less of a tolerance for foods that are not recommended. Sugar is a definite no no unless it's natural from fruits. I also lost about 22lbs during the detox and have continued to lose an average of about 4lbs since last month. I have started the group detox today and looking forward to the added benefits of a permanent lifestyle change.

I have lost over 40 lbs after having listened to Dr. Bobby Price's youtube videos, drinking both detoxes, and taking the multimineral and iron supplement. I was so weak after Covid fever for days, about 1 1/2 years ago. I'm getting older and could not get under 200+lbs at 5 1/2 feet tall. It was a lot of effort to just walk.
I'm so much stronger and Thank God for answering my prayers. The next step is the gym to lift weights and tone up. I was surprised to see so many recipes with cooked veggies, not clear if we can have those on the 30 day detox? Not sure about the 'Dirty Dozen' and 'Clean 15', it appeared to say always buy organic for the dirty dozen, not sure about the clean 15. Had never heard of coconut vinegar, will be sure to pick some up.

I did the 28 day detox in February 2024. It took me a little while to get used to the taste, very bitter but orange slices really helped. The results were amazing, I lost 14 pounds but the real benefit for me was feeling better, sleeping better and mental clarity. The first few days I was tired so I rested when needed but the second week my energy level was the best it had been in years. The detox helped me break a bad sugar habit which I still maintain. Eating more fruits and vegetables. Slowly switching to a more vegan diet. Excited to start my next detox in May.

I have not received this product as yet, I believe there is some issue with custom payment. I paid £175 for the product, plus I now think custom is requesting another £60 to deliver the item. I am not sure where about the item is right now, so I cannot comment.

I started a more aggressive approach towards improving my health and staying healthy in March of 2023. At that time I was weighing 230 pounds. I started eating one meal daily and drinking more water. The only meat I ate was fish, since I had stopped eating all other clean meats over 20 plus years ago. I never ate the unclean meats mentioned in the Bible. I lost 16 pounds on my own. Then, in November of that same year I went on a program with a plant based doctor and I went down to 187 pounds. In summer of 2024, I went on a cruise and crawled back up to 197 pounds. My experience with the 30 day detox thus far has been enlightning, exhausting, purge worthy and spiritual. I realized that lately I give up on things fast seeking instant gratification. But I am determined to give this my 100% dedication.
After the first couple of days I noticed that the puffiness in my face was gone, my skin was glowing, my cheek- bones were back, my eyeballs are clear and some of the aches in my lower back has disipated a bit.
On this detox I am not eating animal products, boxed foods or sugar but drinking lots of glass bottled spring water along with my detox teas and eating mostly raw foods. I notice in my walk each day how much sugar laden boxed food and drinks are in our face via commercials with hip hop beats, dancing animals and the lie that its all "good for us". How ironic that the Standard American Diet is SAD. It kills us and keeps us extremly sick making Pharma rich even while the people that work for these companies are eating the SAD diet too. They too will be apart of this bad diet which leads to disease, incurable medications, hospitization and a horrible quality of life in the long run.
I work in the medical field and notice how the pharmaceutical representatives have no choice but to buy our lunches from places like Chipotle, Panera Bread, Chicl Fila and other fast food restaurants that throw in sweet juices, soda and a bunch of unhealthy deserts. Normaly I would be the first person with a plate piled high, plus I'd hide a plate to take home as well as put some food aside for lunch the next day. However after reading Dr Bobby's book Vegucation over Medication and similar books which details the fake foods with artifical ingredients, colors, chemicals and the like, I only pray that I too can help other people change their diets even slightly. I pray I am strong enough to complete this detox and change my eating habits for the rest of my life without feeling like an island amonst the sick and uninformed eaters in my community.

I believe if I was able to work out during the cleanse, I could have lost more weight. I broke a toe 2 days before starting the Detox. This helped the healing process. I initially started with 14 day detox and about a couple months ago and just as everyone states the taste initially is really bitter, but it truly does get better after a few days. I started eating as recommended and noticed less of a tolerance for foods that are not recommended. Sugar is a definite no no unless it's natural from fruits. I also lost about 22lbs during the detox and have continued to lose an average of about 4lbs since last month. I have lost over 40 lbs after having listened to Dr. Bobby Price's youtube videos, drinking both detoxes, and taking the multimineral and iron supplement. I was so weak after Covid fever for days, about 1 1/2 years ago. I'm getting older and could not get under 200+lbs at 5 1/2 feet tall. It was a lot of effort to just walk.

Not sure about the 'Dirty Dozen' and 'Clean 15', it appeared to say always buy organic for the dirty dozen, not sure about the clean 15. I did the 28 day detox in February 2024. It took me a little while to get used to the taste, very bitter but orange slices really helped. The results were amazing, I lost 14 pounds but the real benefit for me was feeling better, sleeping better and mental clarity. The first few days I was tired so I rested when needed but the second week my energy level was the best it had been in years. The detox helped me break a bad sugar habit which I still maintain. Eating more fruits and vegetables. Slowly switching to a more vegan diet. Excited to start my next detox in May.

I have not received this product as yet, I believe there is some issue with custom payment. I paid £175 for the product, plus I now think custom is requesting another £60 to deliver the item. I am not sure where about the item is right now, so I cannot comment.
Buying from the USA is very difficult and very expensive, my health is important hence I will make the effort to do all I can, but I cannot sustain beyond this loss now.
I was really looking forward to the detox, but will I ever receive it? not sure. So hence my one star.

I am so excited that I found the information needed to heal my body from within. I have been plant based for over 7 months now. I first started out being Vegan until I stumbled across Dr Price videos therefore it was easy for me to make the transition. I finished reading his book on Vegucation and started reading it againn a second time. So much truth, knowledge, and information!!!! I bought his recipe book which gives me ideas on the meals I make myself daily. I juice daily as well. I have done the 28 day detox and bought the 30 day one and will began that one in September with the group. My blood pressure is normal and I have lost 30 lbs and I feel outstanding !!! This is my 3rd detox and i have had great results. It takes some getting use to, but it a great product. Overall I have lost 34lbs (236 down to 202)and two pant sizes 40 to 36. And I feel great…!!

Well I just started the Group Detox January 1st of 2024 and I must say that it the Herbals Detox, Supplemens, The Group Support and Dr Bobby Price Books are very helpful, it's working. Getting a better understanding of the importance behind detoxing our bodies and learning of the right foods and herbs that helps our bodies to be at it's best compared to what's making us sick is a big eye opener. I highly recommend Dr Bobby method, it's is literally the way GOD has written it for humanity to consume. All of that other man made stuff that's called food has been wreaking havoc on our bodies causing all kinds of diseases in my body.
