Thank you very much for being a vendor for the Plant-Based Health Summit. The event takes place on May 2nd, 2020 from 12 noon until 5 pm located at Crawford Long Middle School 3200 Latona Dr. SW, Atlanta, GA.
We are expecting 300 people and another sold out event!
You will be responsible for bringing your own table, products, marketing material, and power cords.
Load in time begins as early as 9 am; all vendors must be set up no later than 11:00 am. Late arrivals (after 10:30 am) will forfeit participation in the event. Vendor space is 6’x4’, all tables within your space must be covered with a cloth. Break down will begin promptly at 5 pm. Open flames and/or cooking on premises unless first cleared by event staff. If you have any concerns, please address them by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours before the event. Your vendor space will be assigned upon arrival.
The fee for vending is $75 non-refundable.
Your vendor fee is due by March 27th, 2020. If not received by this date we will, unfortunately, have to use another vendor from our waitlist.
